Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your Lonoire piece. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, contact us at lonoire.help@gmail.com with your order number. We'll confirm your eligibility and send you return instructions, including the correct return address for your order. Return shipping is free.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to start a return and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at lonoire.help@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Right
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, in addition to our standard return policy above.
